Taste: elegant and refined, good structured and acid, persistent aftertaste of toasted hazelnuts and spice, typical characteristics of the vine.

Serving temperature: preferably 10° C

Combinings: generally fish, first dishes based on shellfishe, white meats, “mozzarella di bufala” cheese.
